For your convenience and to protect your health, all our Guest Rooms and Suites are Non-Smoking.  In fact, smoking is prohibited anywhere inside our buildings.

Payment:
We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express, Debit Cards, Traveler Cheques and Cash. A valid credit card and a government issued photo ID must be presented at our front desk at the time of check in. Minimum age to make a reservation is 18 years.

Reservations:

To confirm a reservation, it must be PRE-PAID IN FULL.  Some promotional rates and Online bookings may have different payment conditions.

Cancellations:

For the refund of the deposit, MINUS A CANCELLATION FEE EQUAL TO ONE NIGHT PER ROOM, all cancellations must be received by us at least 14 days before the Guest's scheduled check in time.  After that date, or if Guest does not show up, no deposit will be returned.  No refund granted in the event of an early departure. DEPOSITS OF THE "RUN OF THE HOUSE" ROOM TYPE ARE NON-REFUNDABLE AND RESERVATION CANNOT BE CHANGED.

Some promotional rates and Online bookings may have a different cancellation policy.

Oceana's Policy for Hurricanes and other Acts of God

In the event that an Act of God (as defined by proper authorities) impacts Oceana at any time during a guest's stay, interrupting commodities such as power and/or water, Oceana will waive all cancellation or early departure fees, if Guests decide to cancel or depart before the scheduled check out date

If Guests are forced to extend their stay at Oceana due to such Act of God, they will receive a 20% off the rate they originally paid, on the extra nights. This is subject to availability. 

Unless on confirmed reservations, we reserve the right to change or eliminate this Hurricane Policy at any time, without notice.
